Add tahini and lemon juice to the bowl of your food processor and blend for about a minute until smooth.
Add garlic, spices, salt, and oil and blend for another 30 seconds.
Strain and rinse your garbonzo beans and add to the food processor blend for another minute.
Add water and blend for 3-4 minutes until hummus is smooth. If it's still not as smooth as you would like, feel free to add another tablespoon of water.
Add the jalapenos and blend another 30 seconds or so.
Place hummus in a bowl and add the cherry pepper relish topping, enjoy!
